Cancellation Policy

An order may be canceled while it is still processing. The customer is responsible for cancelling the order before it is marked fulfilled. Once an order has been marked fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled.

Catering orders must be canceled at least 7 days before your scheduled event to receive a full refund.

Any catering order canceled within 7 days of your scheduled event is subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Any order canceled less than 72 hours from the time of your scheduled event will not be subject to a refund.

Refund Policy

All sales are final for fulfilled orders.

E-giftcards are non-refundable. However, they never expire, just be sure to keep your redemption code in a safe place.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 24 hours from the time you receive your order to notify us. In the event that your order is incorrect, you will receive a free replacement order to be prepared and shipped immediately.
