Delivery

What is the Turn Around time?

All cookies are baked fresh upon receiving the order. Please allow 24 -72 hours from the time the order is placed to expect your to be fulfilled.

When will i expect my order if I place it on the weekend?

Any order placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until the next opening business day: Tuesday.

Any order placed on Saturdays. Sundays, or major holidays, please expect your order to be processed 1 to 2 days AFTER the next opening business day: Tuesday.

What are your delivery days?

We make deliveries from Tuesday-Friday from 10am to 3pm. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a Saturday delivery.

What if I miss my scheduled delivery time?

We wait at each delivery location for up to 10 minutes before marking your delivery as missed. But don’t worry! If you miss your scheduled delivery time you can still receive your order, however, you will have to pay a secondary delivery fee. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if something in your schedule changes.

Does my ZipCode Qualify for Delivery?

Zip codes within a 5-mile radius of our base of operations qualify for Delivery. Check the list below to see if your zipcode qualifies: 19001, 19004, 19012, 19025, 19027, 19031, 19034, 19038, 19046, 19075, 19095, 19111, 19118, 19119, 19120, 19126, 19127, 19128, 19129, 19138, 19140, 19141, 19144, 19150, 19444.

What if I don’t see my zipecode?

Please EMAIL US so we can assist you. We are more than happy to manually place your order and send a secure payment link to place your order.

What happens if I place an Order for delivery in an unqualified zipcode?

Your order will be canceled and a member of our customer service team will reach out to you to place another under the correct checkout option.

What if your delivery hours do not work for me?

If you need your delivery before 10am, please contact us directly about your order and we will attempt to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver after 3pm. 

When Should I expect my Package to be delivered?

We begin our deliveries each day at 10am. All orders will be delivered by 3pm on your expected delivery date. We do not deliver after 3pm.

How long does it take to Process My Order for Delivery?

All orders have a processing time of 24hrs-72hrs depending on your order size. You can expect your order to be delivered the day after it is marked fulfilled.

What if I accidentally make an error when I input my delivery address?

Not a problem! Please contact us immediately once you realize there is a mistake in your delivery information. We can fix this for you anytime before your order is fulfilled. If you contact us with an address change after we have already gone out for delivery, you will unfortunately be charged an additional delivery fee. 


 

Catering

How far in advance to i need to Place the order?

All catering orders must be placed no later than two weeks in advance. Please specify your delivery date during checkout.

What is the biggest order for catering?

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special event! A minimum order of five dozen cookies is required for all catering orders.


 

Shipping

How do you guarantee freshness during delivery and shipping?

Our cookies are made in small batches and baked fresh daily! Deliveries are made a few hours after cookies have been baked (yum!) And don’t worry, for your health and safety, all packages are vacuumed sealed before shipment to ensure they remain in the highest quality upon arrival at your home!

How long does it take to ship my order?

Processing time for shipping orders typically takes about 2-3 business days. You can expect an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

What if I did not receive a confirmation email or I can’t find it?

No worries, you can reach out to a member of our customer service team via the Contact form. Please be sure to provide your name and order number.

What if I accidentally make an error when I input my shipping address?

No problem at all! Please contact us immediately once you realize there is a mistake in your shipping information. We can fix this for you before your order is fulfilled. However, once your order has been fulfilled, it is has already been received by the courier and we can no longer make any changes. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund after this point and you will have to place a new order.


 

Technical Troubles

What if I can’t find the cookie that I am looking for?

Some of our cookies are seasonal and are only offered for a limited time. The cookie you are looking for might be out of season. But you can always reach out to us via phone or through the our feedback form and we’d be happy to help you as best as we can. 

What if my Order Won’t Go Through?

Not to fear! If you are having any technical difficulties, you can always call us and place your order by phone. Our checkout form has some required information fields that must be completed for an order to be submitted, so please be sure to check over everything before attempting to submit.

What if I am Unhappy with my order?

How Do I cancel My Order?

You can click the link at the bottom of your confirmation email to cancel,
or you can go directly to the Contact page. Select ‘Cancel My Order’ from the
dropdown menu and include your order number in the message box.

Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your order.
We will work with you to resolve any issue.

Can I return a GiftCard?

Sorry, e-giftcards are non-refundable. However, they never expire, just be sure to keep your redemption code in a safe place.
